Terms & Conditions

All rentals are for a maximum of 5 days unless otherwise approved. You may extend your rental period +$10–20/day. Dresses must be returned by the agreed return date and time.

Late returns will incur additional fees:

• First 24 hours late: $15

• Additional late days: charged daily +$15/day

Professional cleaning fee is included with every rental. Customers should not attempt to wash, dry clean, alter, or repair garments themselves.

Normal wear is expected. However, customers are responsible for damages beyond standard wear, including:

• tears

• burns

• permanent stains

• missing embellishments

• broken zippers

• strong odors (smoke, spray tan transfer, etc.)

Repair or replacement fees may apply depending on severity.

Permanent alterations are strictly prohibited. Temporary styling adjustments such as clips may be used if they do not damage the garment.

I want you to feel confident in your rental! If the dress does not fit during try-on or at hand-off, you may receive a full refund as long as the dress is returned immediately and remains in the same condition. Once the dress has been taken home or used for the rental period, fit-related refunds are no longer available.

Cancellations made prior to dress pickup may be accommodated at no charge. However, customers are kindly asked to provide a 24 hours notice prior to cancellation whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for picking up and returning garments on time and in the condition received.

Jordan’s Closet reserves the right to refuse rentals to customers with repeated late returns, damages, or violations of Terms & Conditions.

By completing a rental, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
